Poonam Guiral
A woman entrepreneur who sells Home Furnishings, Accessories and Women attires online through her Facebook page, P4 Poonam. Having Cerebral Palsy since the age of three due to medical negligence, Poonam has carved a niche for herself. She walked the ramp on a wheel chair breaking barriers and stereotypes. She begins her day sharp at 11 AM and till 8 PM remains busy with booking orders.

Dr. Ritesh Sinha
Mudrologist, Author, Poet, and apart from receiving the certificate from International Yoga book of Records for his contribution towards the wellbeing of persons with Cerebral Palsy, he is also a Limca World Record Holder. His Cerebral Palsy has never been a hindrance rather a force that pushes him to achieve more. Ritesh terms Cerebral Palsy as a Capable Person in his book ‘Understanding Cerebral Palsy’. He has also written a preamble redefining Disability that focuses on Inclusiveness, solidarity and collective responsibility.
Dr. Ritesh has combined Ancient Indian Mudra System and modern acupressure that helps the people with cerebral palsy, and other nerve related issues. That particular mudra has been named ‘Dr. Ritesh Mudra’. He has presented research papers in seminars and conferences.

Himanshu Upadhaya
A Poet who pens down his experiences with Cerebral Palsy. He has performed twice at the open Mike organised by Sahitya Aaj Tak and once at the Rekhta Festival. Using his pen name ‘Som’, Himanshu writes about emotions, love, relationships and daily life.
